Consultants may claim that agile transformation must be done wholesale, and that everything must go out of the window! This is not true.
Legacy companies who came along so far with legacy methods and old habits certainly did a couple of things right. In this talk we will cover six old habits of legacy companies that can be used as a starting point for agile transformation, see how teams used their old habits to jumpstart their transformation, and talk about blind spots in their agile journeys.
Examples used based on oexperience of Garanti bank and Monitise/Commencis agency.
