HOW TO INVOLVE THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION IN YOUR AGILE TRANSFORMATION?
Many agile transformations start in one part of the organization (IT Department or one product team) and then struggle to involve other necessary parts of the company in the transfomational efforts (e.g. business, top management). Because of that transformations suffer, are slowed down or even stopped. Using as a background the ongoing transformation in mBank I will share practices and tricks, that helped the alliance of change agents to spread agile approach across the whole organization. I am going also disclose few mistakes we did in the process and lessons we learned about the complexity of changing structure and culture of a large organization.
