ČSOB Inspirace

Agilia Prague Conference takes place at ČSOB Inspirace, situated at the edge of Prague’s banking district off Na Příkopě street inside former Ehlen’s House. It is just next to Wenceslas Square and few steps to metro station Můstek.

We do not know how the story of Ehlen’s House started. On the place of former fortifications of the Old Town was originally erected another house, whose appearance has not been preserved. And therefore we only know, that between years 1872-73 there was build this new house, by the designs of architects Ehlen and Kandert.

Since that time the story of the house went hands in hands with the story of the Republic – reach modifications from era of the First Republic has their end in bad reconstruction in 1942. Recent great renovations however enabled to build in Ehlen’s House the ČSOB Inspiration. A place as unique as the house itself, in which it has its seat.
