Luca joined Swissquote Bank in 2013 where he is currently Member of Management and Vice-Director in the Forex division. Luca has helped Swissquote in growing the software development department up to approximately 150 people.
Luca leads the innovation committee which has organized innovation contests with more than 100 employees involved in working on innovative ideas.
